Responsibilities:
Answer, transfer and direct telephone callsGreet customers and provide general customer serviceMaintain calendar, filing systems, record keeping and correspondencesProvide general administrative and clerical support
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skillsOrganized and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanorAbility to multi-task and keep track of multiple prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Some office experience is a plusAssociate or Bachelor Degree preferredBenefits$19.
