Emerging Technology Informatics Architect

Job DescriptionFacilitates implementation of new IT applications and technologies to support new and expanded services within the organization inclusive of scope, workflows, training, impact, and return on investment.
Seeks innovative ways to bring efficiency and effectiveness to current workflows using existing and innovative technology and works towards implementation of same.
Plans and organizes the programming requirements for organization applications.
Handles requests for programming services including, preparation of specifications, development and maintenance of computer programs and documentation.
Interfaces with other individuals and departments to determine user and business needs.
Job ResponsibilityExecutes tasks as appropriate to meet client and business requirements; investigates technologies to best solve problems, and develops and documents architecture to solve problems.
Takes ownership of the software product throughout the lifecycle of the software and client requirements; confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
Meets with users to understand current workflows and where opportunity exists to enhance workflow efficiency, user experience, patient safety/quality, and cost savings where applicable using existing and new technologyWrites project requirements and develops validation plans; programs and validates programming against plans and requirements.
Documentation requirements include business use case, project scope, current state, future state, gap analysis, training, cost of implementation, any anticipated ROI revenue, user experience, efficiencies and opportunity costs if not implementedPrepares reference for users by writing operating instructions; maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensures operation per system requirements by following instructions; troubleshoots malfunctions; debugs and escalates as appropriate.
Assists in the development of associated SOPs to support hardware/software post implementation, as well as downtime processes.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
Performs related duties as required.

Job QualificationBachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
